Balloons Galore Shipping Information

All shipping costs are computed on the weight of your total order, zip code zone, and method of shipping you select, along with a possible handling/boxing fee/charge.

U.S. Customers have the choice of the following shipping methods in our checkout:

UPS / Fed Ex Ground (3-7 days, depending on your location)
UPS/Fed Ex Next Day, 2nd Day & 3 Day Select Services
USPS Parcel Post (1-2 weeks)
USPS Priority Mail (2-4 days)
RUSH FEE upgrades ANY of the above services to ship TODAY when order is placed by 10:30 a.m. CST.

We ship Monday - Friday (weekdays) ONLY.  We are NOT OPEN weekends, nor do we ship on weekends!

NOTE: As a customer you must select a shipping method which will deliver your order to you in time for your event. Keeping in mind the processing time and approximate time in transit, you will need to select a shipping method that will place the order in your hands in plenty of time. Balloons Galore is not responsible for orders which do not arrive by the event date, due to a customer choosing a shipping method which will not provide the speed of delivery needed for the order.


NOTICE: Balloons Galore reserves the right to ship your order, when you have chosen a ground, air or expedited shipping method, via whatever service which will deliver the parcel to you in the requested time frame. (Example: If you select 2nd day Air and our warehouse can deliver your package to you in 2 days via another carrier, Balloons Galore reserves the right to change the shipper/method guaranteeing that you will indeed still receive your order in the 2 day time frame.) There will be NO REFUNDS of ship charges, when the delivery time matches or beats your requested delivery method, as long as deliver ocurrs in the same time frame requested.

NEED A RUSH ORDER? Be sure to select RUSH DELIVERY. ($10 fee applies)  This will send your order placed today by 10:30 a.m. For USPS Priority Mail Orders and UPS Ground/Air Orders to the top of the processing list. That means the order will go out today or tomorrow at the latest. NOTE: Your order must be received by the time shown for your shipping choice, via Central Standard Time in order to ship the same day!

ALASKA & HAWAII & US TERRITORY Customers: Note your shipping times as you are aware are often much different than that of continental U.S. Customers. Please make proper shipping method choices for your parcel. Returns of orders will not be allowed for items received after need by date, when time in transit is the reason the shipment arrived to late.

If no shipping costs are shown on your order, this is because your country is not recognized by our system. This does not mean that the order ships without shipping.  Please email us BEFORE you order, and we can give you shipping estimates and costs for all available services to your location.

UPS CUSTOMERS: UPS DOES NOT SHIP TO POST OFFICE BOXES / ADDRESSES. Please provide a STREET ADDRESS when using UPS.  If no street address is provided, and the contact # you give us for the order does not result in your response, the order WILL NOT be shipped until we hear from you.  If this means the daily cut off time has passed, the order will need to be upgraded to faster service, or cancelled per the cancellation policy.

Please note: Orders are usually shipped within 48 business hours of placing your order online. (We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays) Due to recent extremely heavy volume, orders may take up to 96 hours (4 business days) to ship. ATTENTION: We ask that all customers complete the EVENT DATE field while you are in the checkout. This date is the MINIMUM DATE at which you need the products in hand. We will, within our limits, at all times to have the order in your hands by this date. If you do not receive it by this date, please cancel the order, or REFUSE delivery if the package arrives after the event date. Furthermore, if the item is out of stock, on order, or such, we will use this date as a guidleline for having the product in your hands. For example, if you place an order 2 weeks before your EVENT DATE, and the item is out of stock, we will ship the order immediately upon receipt of the goods into our inventory, using a shipping method within your choice or faster. We will thus use the EVENT DATE as our guideline for urgency of the order. We will consider goods in your hand on the EVENT DATE as satisfactorily fulfilling the order in a timely manner. If you need your products sooner than this date, you MUST NOTIFY US! Otherwise, all orders received before or on the EVENT DATE field will be considered successfully closed.

No shipping refunds will be given for postage to a customer, for any reason, as long as their said order arrives in their hands by the EVENT DATE they specified.
If you provide BALLOONS GALORE with an INCORRECT ADDRESS either on your internet or telephone order, you WILL BE CHARGED for the address correction fee charge to us by the shipper.  UPS and FED EX charge $5.00 for a ground delivery and $10.00 for an express/air delivery.  You hereby agree to these terms and accept the charge for the error on your part by providing us with an incorrect address, address with missing information (such as the apartment #) or anything of the like.
