When ordering PERSONALIZED OR ENGRAVED ITEMS, or items marked as SPECIAL ORDER, these items may take up to 14 working days (2 weeks) to arrive at our warehouse from the supplier. (DURING PEAK SEASON TIMES, this time may increase without notice due to high volume of orders.  PLEASE CALL for current times for personalized items if you are in a time crunch.)  Please use the EVENT DATE feature of our checkout, to let us know when you need the personalized items, so we have a heads up as to your needs.  We will email you if your need cannot be met with the timeframe of the special order.

 

Napkins usually take 5-7 working days, engraved flutes, colored sand, engraved knives, etc. usually take 7-14 days.  Please make note of this when ordering, and expect the order at your door in a 2 week + time frame. (During peak season, personalized items may take up to 3 + weeks to arrive at your door).
