Fan is made of plastic, with white lace fabric.  Fan folds completely up.  NOTE:  There is a tassle and bead on the bottom of this fan, but is not shown in picture.  Lace pattern may vary from that shown in the photo.  Fan measures 9" from top to bottom, and 17" from side to side when fully open.  Package of 1.
